Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche - an American actor who was a part of diverse genres of cinema as well as theatre and television was well-known American. She has received many accolades including the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) was the American Actress. In 1987-1991, she gained recognition for her role as Vicky Hudson's twin sister Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and a Daytime Emmy Award. The late 1990s saw her rise to prominence with the roles she played in crime dramas Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actress. She is well known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). Her mother is actor June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Her career began when she was a child. She acted in her first film when she was just four years old in T is for Tumbleweed. This short subject film was nominated for an academy award. Lockhart spent time with her mother around the set where she would learn about the inner workings of the company. Lockhart was even in several Lassie episodes. Her first movie was Dora in Jory in 1972. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. Joan was the last actress in the series to be featured on The Sixth Sense. There is a rumor that Anne did not want to be Laurie Strode, the character in John Carpenter's 1978 horror film Halloween. The part was given to Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter said that Anne was his initial selection for the role but she refused. Anne states that she doesn't remember being approached or even offered the role in any way by John Carpenter. It is possible that an agent rejected the offer on her behalf without telling her. Her initial choice was made for the part by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for a role in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. She originally rejected the position because she felt that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen was later able to write a character for her which starred a strong character called Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted following her reading of the original 25 page script. The show ran for just one season. She co-starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the movie Joyride (1977) and also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty in the horror movie The Dark Tower (1987).
