Dina Meyer is an New York native who was brought up within Forest Hills Queens. She moved to Dix Hills Long Island just when she was finishing her high school junior year. She has two younger siblings as well as an elder brother. When she was between the ages of 9 between the ages of 16 and 19, her first exposure to the business world was when she started modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who studied to this manner, as well as Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. The first time she was cast as an actress was in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, that required her to relocate away from Los Angeles. Her first role was in Johnny Mnemonic.
